We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information (e.g., government IDs) through the Site. Do not submit such information unless specifically requested for identity verification in connection with a privacy request.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the services, comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax/accounting), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and context; when no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize the data.

Non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
California disclosures:
- Categories collected/disclosed: In the last 12 months, we collected identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet/network activity, geolocation (coarse), payment information, and inferences. We disclose these categories to service providers for business purposes (see How We Disclose).
- Sensitive personal information: We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit under California law.
- Financial incentives: We do not offer programs that provide a price or service difference in exchange for personal information. If that changes, we will provide required notices and obtain consent.
Nevada residents: We do not sell covered information as defined under Nevada law. You may still submit an opt-out request using the contact methods above.
